To do
1. Check your credit.
- Under the buying tab go to My Credit. Use the link to get your FREE credit report. Check for errors and Fix them NOW!
2. Pick your Mortgage Banker.
- You have worked hard for your reputation and credit score. Your Lender should too! Choosing the right one is very important in the negotiation process for your next home. Are they Realtor friendly, easy to reach and up to date? In this fast paced and changing financial climate are they pro-active? I work with Premium Mortgage. This first look at a few homes should be a learning experience for your realtor not a sales push! I need you to be honest about what you like and what you hate about each home. This will help me to refine your requirements and not waste your time looking at homes that won't meet your needs.
